Okay, I've read GM's recent Batman & Robin and he has, terrifyingly, managed to make me like Damian Wayne. (Granted, haha, he did create the little bastard in the first place, but shhh.) The second he became Robin, really, officially Robin, my heart apparently decided to thaw. Look, look, it is a ten-year-old with illusions of being a ninja, rather than the reverse! Huzzah, cuteness has prevailed.

This post is partially to get this tiny demon out of my system, and partially dedicated to Dean Trippe. Oh Dean, please know that on your birthday weekend, I concede that Grant Morrison is the best ever and totally rules. I might even like Little D more than Jason now, maybe. Maybe.

Okay! SDCC post! But first, lemme ask the other ladies who went -- Did you get hit on as much as I did? Because seriously. It didn't happen at all last year, and I'm pretty sure I look as much like jailbait now as I did then... At any rate, things turned out okay, and I mastered the art of the gentle letdown.

So I'm back from SDCC. Tomorrow I will tell you all the crazy things that happened. Until then, you might want to read this, in which Good Tim Callahan discusses the con, the New Awesome, and how I am gonna kick Megan Fox's ass.

Two things:

One: I will be at SDCC. Let's all talk about how fun it will be! (Hint: very fun)

Two: Oh dear sweet flist, my DA subscription just ran out. I just. Help me please. Someone get me a new sub please, I will draw you something wonderful, you can have it, this wonderful picture can be all yours. I will even draw Robin making out with Superboy, wonderfully, if you want me to. There are so many big animated ads for things I don't want together on one page and I never want to see them, ever again.

(Two and a half: Am I open for commishes? Did I ever close commishes? People, I like you, and drawing and money, I think we can work something out here.)

(Two and three quarters: Moar arts coming soon I promise, I am so bad at having a blog jeez)

(Two and seven eighths: I just got the Infamous soundtrack from my brother, I never want to play the game but Amon Tobin is amazing. What album should I make my brother get me next?)

(Two and hey a cat: "Eighths" is so awkward to type, it looks like it's spelled wrong, like in two more seconds Firefox spell check is gonna get wise to its games. It's like the Errol-the-dragon of words.)
